Q. How much can you save me on my communications?

A. Typically 20% to 40% reduction is realized.  However, a savings of 50% or greater is not uncommonon depending on the complexity of the application and audit.

Q. How long will it take to perform an audit?

A. It depends on the size of the account. Some audits can take just a day. However, the more complex applications can take up to 30 days.

Q. How much does it cost to manage my communication services with BTA?

A. This depends on the size of the account and complexity of the application. We do have a standard rate table. However, in some cases custom proposals and rates are offered

Q. Can I get just the auditing service?

A. Yes, we offer the option of just performing the audit. We can offer recommendations, quotes and re-negotiate rates as a no cost enhanced service to the audit.

Q. How comprehensive is the audit?

A. Our audits are very comprehensive. We go so far as to interview vendors, carrier and location contacts. Services are verified, outlined and reported and recommendations are made. We can forward our "Auditing Procedure"  by email.

Q. Can you negotiate rates with current and alternative carriers?

A. We can negotiate rates with multiple carriers that we are partnered with, carriers that are requested, and/or your current carrier, to bring you the best options available. A standard "Request For Proposal" is sent to the carriers. Responses are filtered based on the customer needs and the final options are submitted in the final report.

Q. Will I be required to sign a term agreement?

A. Term agreements are required for our managed communication service. Carriers will also require term agreements for their service. The only term required for the audit is if you select our percentage of saving rate option.

Q. What happens if you find billing mistakes?

A. In many cases billing mistakes can be retroactive. We will act as your advocate to the communication company in retrieving credits and correcting billing errors. This type of service is normally handled under our percentage of savings agreement option.

Q. What happens at the end of the term agreement?

A. BTA will perform an "End of Term" audit and renegotiate the best terms and conditions for the client or we can change you to a carrier that provides a better service and/or price.
