Wade was also honored with numerous awards and medals for his service and holds an "Honorable Discharge." He made the natural progression into law enforcement where he was part of a task force unit. Wade left police work in the early 90s and relocated to Charleston, SC where he entered the technology field. Wade has worked for corporations such as MCI, NewSouth Communications and Deltacom and has numerous professional awards and accolades. After achieving the status of #1 nationwide Account Executive with Deltacom, he moved into management and managed two branches in two different cities. Wade most recently worked with a premier managed hosting company in Manhattan, NY where he designed high availability hosting solutions in the "bare metal" and "cloud computing" environments. He started Business Telecom Advocates on a part time basis in 2000 and now has his office open full time due to the demands for his auditing and consulting services. Wade offers to his clients over 17 years of technology experience and a "clear the confusion" mentality.

She is a leadership professional with a remarkable 20 year career of providing strong direction, expert advice and organizational efficiency. Lisa brings a talent for strategic development and effective solutions. Her career is highlighted by a proven background managing all phases of business for a brokerage firm in Charleston, SC which included customized proposals, service, claims, billing, audits and reporting. During highly stressful situations within her legal and corporate experiences Lisa remained a firm, clear and consistent force. In early 2009, Lisa joined Business Telecom Advocates where she assists in audits, proposals, reports and the handling of the daily business operations.
